Kerry M. O’Neal, DDS
Dr. O’Neal grew up in Prairie Village, Kansas He attended Kansas State University and graduated with a bachelors degree in life science biology in 1983. He received his dental education at the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Dentistry. He graduated with honors in 1988. From there he joined the United States Air Force, completing a one year general practice residency program and over three years total of service. While in the Air Force he received the National Defense Medal, the Air Force Achievement Medal, and the Air Force Commendation Medal.
After leaving the Air Force Dr. O’Neal attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry for his endodontic education. He received his certificated of specialty training in endondontics in 1995. Since then he has had a solo practice limited to endodontics in Topeka for the past 29 years.
Dr. O’Neal is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, The American Dental Association, The Kansas Dental Association, and The Topeka District Dental Society of which he is a past president. He is also on the board of directors for the Heartland Study Club. Dr. O’Neal has been published in the Journal of Endodontics, the official Journal of the American Association of Endodontists.
He has been married to his wife Teresa for 36 years and they have three children, Alexandra, Aaron, and Jack. And new son-in-law Dr. Kyle Trobough.
